Beurre Blanc Creative (“Beurre Blanc”, “we”, “us”) is a food and hospitality creative agency based in Dallas, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through beurreblanccreative.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you fill in our contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, business name, the reason you’re getting in touch and your message. If we work together, we also keep the contact and billing details needed to run the project.

Information collected automatically

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site. It records things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the device and browser you use and your approximate location, such as your city. It doesn’t tell us who you are. If you accept, we also use Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how people use our pages through heatmaps and recordings of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Anything you type into forms is hidden from these recordings. If you decline, we don’t set analytics cookies or use Clarity. Our website host also keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser saves when you visit a site. We use two kinds:

• Essential: needed for the site to work, including remembering your cookie choice.
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies, only set if you click Accept.

We don’t use advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we’ll ask first and update this policy. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and talk about working together.
• To deliver and invoice our services.
• To understand and improve our website.
• To keep our site and business secure and meet legal obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the service providers that help us run Beurre Blanc, and only what they need: Webflow (website hosting and forms), Google Workspace (email and files), Google Analytics (site analytics, if you accept), Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings, if you accept) and Cloudflare (domain and security). We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and keep sensible business records. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal purposes. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Microsoft Clarity keeps session recordings for 30 days and its other data for up to 13 months.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local privacy law. Email hello@beurreblanccreative.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable, secure providers and limit access to the people who need it. No website or email is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information, like payment card details, through our contact form.

Children

Our site is for businesses and isn’t aimed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Other websites

Our site links to other sites, like Instagram and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
